APPARITIONS ETHICAL POLICY
Here’s how we set and maintain standards of excellence.
We tell you what you can expect from working with Apparition Marketing & Design. After all, you can't put a price on good manners and courtesy! Our clients tell us we are a little different to most companies and due to our bespoke services that we offer we like to have an ethical policy that accompanies them.
Apparition Marketing & Design and it's team think outside the box, so if you think you will get an average service... then you certainly won't see one here! If you think the way we have treated you does not follow our code of ethics, we want to know!
We will abide by the following:
1. Treat you and anyone involved in your project with courtesy and respect. Respect is fundamental to the way we operate and we are unlikely to be able to complete your projects successfully if we are not respectful towards you or able to earn your respect in return.
2. Take a personal interest in you and your business aims and only propose solutions that we can demonstrate will help you achieve them.
3. Treat you as an equal by not talking down to you or acting in a superior manner.
4. Provide supporting evidence to show the basis of any proposal we make.
5. Do all we can to meet the deadlines we agree with you.
6. Work to the brief and within the budget that has been agreed with you.
7. Be friendly and approachable.
8. Be honest! This means we may not always tell you what you want to hear. It also means we will not tell you that you need something when you don’t. Being honest with you ultimately supports your aims better.
9. Give everyone on the Apparition team a chance to develop their skills and to learn from others within the team and outside it.
10. Protect our natural resources by using ethical and sustainable sources, and conserving, reusing and recycling where we can.
11. Support our local communities in Halesworth and Bury St Edmunds by sourcing locally where possible and by assisting local non-profit organisations.
